A club of our own, and what we will not promise

Training without competition goes stale. A club gives players somewhere to play properly, and gives the academy a structure that outlives whoever is coaching this season.

Here is what we will not say to any player or parent: that they will make it. Most will not, and selling that hope is precisely how young players and their families get exploited in this sport. What a serious training environment reliably produces is discipline, a timetable, a group that expects you and adults who take you seriously — and those transfer to school and work.

We take no share of any contract, transfer or prize, now or later. We are not an agency and we will not become one.
