We don't ask for trust. We show our work.

Marouf Adeyemi e.V. exists to remove the structural obstacles that keep capable people from ordinary opportunities — in education, in lawful migration, in work, in daily life.

Our purpose

Dignity is not a reward for succeeding. It is the condition for it.

Most of the people we work with are not short of ability. They are short of a school within reach, a lawful route to training, a document someone will accept, or a week of support at the moment something breaks.

We work on those obstacles, in Germany and in Benin, through six programmes grouped in four worlds. The obstacle is the unit of work — not the person, and not the category they have been put in.

How we work

Find the gap. Build the route. Prove it worked.

Find the structural gap

We look for the point where an existing system stops working: the training place nobody can reach lawfully, the emergency nobody covers because it falls between two agencies.

Work through what exists

We build on existing law, existing employers, existing schools and existing institutions. Nothing we do requires new legislation or a new legal category. That is what makes it adoptable by others.

Measure, then publish

Every programme defines what it will count before it starts, and we publish what is still open alongside what is done.

Principles

Five rules we do not trade away.

Never at the participant's cost

  • No candidate pays us anything, at any stage, for language training, preparation, documentation or placement. Where a fee would be normal in this field, that is precisely where we refuse.

Lawful routes only

  • We strengthen existing legal pathways. We do not advise on irregular migration, and we do not recruit health workers from Benin, in line with WHO safeguards.

Say what is unfinished

  • Plans are labelled as plans. Nothing in development is described as if it already exists. Where we cannot yet prove a number, we do not publish one.

Independence

  • Own Satzung, own Vorstand, own Mitgliederversammlung. We cooperate with commercial partners through agreements, never through ownership, and we are nobody's subsidiary.

The work outlasts us

  • Success is not that this association becomes large. It is that the methods we prove are taken over by the institutions already responsible for them.
Vision

Where this is going.

A young person in Kétou should have the same access to lawful vocational training in Europe as one in Accra or Dakar, without paying anyone a euro for it. A school should be able to plan a year ahead. An emergency should not become a permanent setback.

In the next three years we intend to run the first H.O.P.E. cohort, complete our registration in Benin, and put Kindora into the hands of other organisations so that the infrastructure we need is available to them too.
