All donations to Marouf Adeyemi e.V. are voluntary, non-refundable, and tax-deductible under German law. Donation receipts (Spendenbescheinigungen) are issued upon request.

Donations are processed through Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments, or direct bank transfer. We do not store sensitive payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-compliant providers.
Use of Funds
Donations are allocated to programs as described on our Website. Where donors designate funds for specific projects, we make every effort to honor those designations. If a project is fully funded or discontinued, we reserve the right to redirect funds to similar programs after notifying the donor.
Recurring Donations
Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting service@maroufadeyemi.org or through your payment provider's dashboard.
Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions), contact us within 30 days for resolution.
Membership Terms
Membership in Marouf Adeyemi e.V. is open to individuals and organizations. Members receive benefits as described on the Together page. Membership contributions are tax-deductible.
Members may terminate membership at any time by written notice to service@maroufadeyemi.org. Membership fees are non-refundable for the current period.
We reserve the right to revoke membership in cases of conduct that violates our values, these Terms, or applicable law.
