A question we are preparing to ask

The mechanism is three steps: give what you decide, say publicly that you did, and pass the question to three people. The question is the whole design — "Are you still human?" — and it is not rhetorical. December is when most of us are at our most comfortable and most distracted.

One part will surprise people: the giving does not have to come to us. Give to another organisation entirely and the challenge has worked. We are not building a funnel; we are trying to move the question, not the money.

We are spending 2026 and 2027 preparing it properly rather than launching something half-built this month. If you want to be told when it starts, the newsletter is the only thing we will use your address for.
