What we are building in 2026

First: the H.O.P.E. framework, from concept to something an employer, a chamber and an embassy can each work with. Second: Pro League Academy, including an application for a club of our own. Third: development funding for Kindora. Fourth, and least visible, a documented activity record for 2014 to 2024.

None of those is a programme launch. This is a year of structure, and structure is what an organisation of eleven volunteers needs before it grows, not after.

We will publish what we managed and what we did not on the Evidence page, in the same three columns as everything else: stated, built, still open.
