OUR BEGINNING

Founded 2014, registered 2025 — Built on Principle

Marouf Adeyemi began in 2014 as an initiative and was registered as a nonprofit association (e.V.) in 2025. It rests on a simple belief: dignity is non-negotiable.

In a world where systems fail the most vulnerable — where education remains locked behind poverty, where migration forces impossible choices, where talent is buried by circumstance — we decided to build something different.

Not a traditional charity. Not a band-aid on broken systems. But an institutional platform for structural change.

We registered as a nonprofit (eingetragener Verein) in Germany, officially exempt from corporate tax, recognized as charitable — grounded in German legal authority and European institutional frameworks.

From day one, our mission was clear: prove that radical transparency, blockchain-powered accountability, and human-centered design can create measurable, verifiable impact at scale.
