Music, without having to know someone first.

Sonara is our music arm: instruments, rehearsal space, recording, and a route from a bedroom recording to an audience that is not only your friends.

Being built — trademark registration in progress
The approach

An instrument and a room solve most of it.

Music education is expensive and rehearsal space is scarce, so ability concentrates where families can pay for both. Instruments, a room with a key, a basic recording setup and someone who listens seriously are the whole intervention.

What we provide

STATUS

What exists today

The concept and the people. No studio, no roster, no releases. When there is a first recording, it will appear here.

TRADEMARK

Name protection

Trademark registration for Sonara is in progress. Until it completes, the name is in use but not yet protected.

HOW TO HELP

Instruments and rooms

A working instrument you no longer play, an hour of teaching a week, or access to a room in the evenings does more here than most donations.

How we hold this

The rules we work by.

Artists keep their rights

We take no ownership of recordings, publishing or future income. Support is support, not an advance against a career.

Open to the untrained

No audition requirement for entry. People who have never had a lesson are exactly who this is for.

Take part

This one needs things, not only money.

Equipment you no longer use, a few hours of teaching, a room in the evenings, or an introduction to someone who books, casts or scouts. All of it counts, and some of it counts more than a transfer.
