Talent nobody is looking for is still talent.
Scouts, agencies and academies concentrate where the infrastructure already is. We work where nobody is looking: sport, music, film, storytelling and technology.
Equipment, coaching, and a stage.
Most gifted young people do not need to be discovered by us. They need boots that fit, a room to rehearse in, a laptop that works, and one adult who takes the ability seriously enough to make an introduction.

The young person keeps everything
We take no share of any contract, prize or income a participant earns later. We are not an agency and we never become one.
School first
No programme is allowed to compete with a participant’s education. Where the two collide, education wins.
Fund it, join it, or open a door for it.
Write the programme name in the reference line of a transfer and the money is used for this programme only. If you can offer time, goods or an introduction instead, that is often worth more.
