Ability is evenly distributed. Access to a classroom, a coach, a studio or a training place is not. This is the work of closing that distance.
Education first, then what the person is actually good at.
Education Empowerment removes the reasons a child stops going to school: materials, fees, a classroom in usable condition, a teacher who stays. Talent Development takes over where school ends, for the abilities that formal education rarely rewards.

This world needs three things.
Money, so the work can be planned. Time, because eleven volunteers cannot do everything. Introductions, because the right conversation opens more than a transfer.
