What has to outlast us.
Food thrown away while people go without. Water that a village has to walk two hours for. These are distribution problems before they are scarcity problems.
Move what already exists.
Surplus food exists in the same cities where people skip meals. Our work is the logistics between the two, and the infrastructure that means a community does not have to ask again next year.

We work towards partners, not logos
Food redistribution only works through the organisations already doing it. We are building those relationships and will name partners here once agreements are signed, not before.
Meals moved, not tonnes claimed
Where we report on this work, we will report what reached a person, which is harder to count and worth more than weight collected.
This world needs three things.
Money, so the work can be planned. Time, because eleven volunteers cannot do everything. Introductions, because the right conversation opens more than a transfer.
